We've been so busy since my last blog post that I thought I would just sum it up for you........
Since you last heard from me, we have been -
Partying it up at Caden and Brock's combined birthday party! How did these years get by me so quickly? How is Brock 2 and Caden's getting ready to go to Kindergarten? Wow.
We've been riding our bikes......when this horrible Oregon weather allows us to anyway. Papa and Nanny blessed Caden with a wonderful new bike for his birthday and he loves it. I'm hoping that once the weather starts getting nice more often, he'll be more interested in learning to ride without training wheels.....
We celebrated Brock's 2nd birthday. My baby is 2. =( It's definitely bittersweet. Here comes potty training, tantrums, arguing, screaming and more....... I am so thankful for Brock and everything he is. Even the horrible moments are moments that I would never trade.
We've made sure to have slumber parties in the living room, although, with a 2 and 5 year old, it's not a lot of slumber and a whole lot of party ;)
We celebrated Easter with the Huffman crew. My mom asked me to make a cake that represented why we really celebrate Easter, so this is what I did.
And, as usual, Caden and Nigel made sure to ham it up for the pictures =)
Even Brock is learning how to be a little cheesy! (He put that basket on his head all by himself, continually throughout the day)

This is a pretty good depiction of how it goes at our house most of the time =)
And of course, we've been eating ice cream. Lots and lots of ice cream. My FAVORITE treat of all time is ICE CREAM!!!!
And we all really enjoy it =)
I can't forget about Byron.....he's been getting to go on some walks with Brock. Brock loves walking Byron. Brock loves Byron. Byron is so patient with Brock =)
We watch the "trains" pass us by....
And we watch Daddy to see what kind of silly thing he's going to do next =)
We went to the beach and acted just like we always do.....
We put our feet in the sand.......
And we ate more ice cream, because, well, why not?
We fell more in love with the Volvo because of how much we can fit.....
And of course, we've been napping. All of these activities, we have to rest at some point!
We went to the zoo, again. It never gets old. Not for any of us. And, this time, we went on the train. That was something to be remembered since Brock LOVES trains.

And, we watched Daddy some more because Daddy teaches us to let loose and just have a good time =) We've been so busy and having so much fun! Hopefully now that I'm caught up, I can keep it that way!
