Really big news, times 2!
Nigel, Caden and I have some REALLY big news to share with you. Here goes . . .
#1 - I'm pregnant, again! I'm just over 9 weeks and feeling horrible, but that's good news. I've gotten to see the baby 2 times so far, and I have another ultrasound scheduled for this week. My midwife has been amazing at helping to ease my fears by letting me get a peak at every appointment! The baby's growing just perfectly and everything else seems to be going just as it's supposed to. It's taken me a while to get kind of excited about this one, but I'm really starting to feel like I can stop worrying. I'll keep you posted after the ultrasound on Friday, which we were able to schedule at 8:00pm so Nigel can come with me! He's been gone for all of this so far, so he's really excited to get a chance to see our new baby, too. If you could keep us in your prayers that this pregnancy holds on, I would really appreciate it.
#2 - No, it's not twins. At least, the 2 times I've seen the ultrasound it hasn't been . . . No really, this is different news. We got a house!!!!! We are so excited that we found a house and will probably be moving in the middle of October or so. This particular house has been a big worry for me, because of the size, but I'm starting to accept the house and be really excited about us getting our own space again! I don't have any pictures because there are still people living there, but if you go to http://www.johnlscott.com/ and look up RMLS#8074740, you can take a look at it online. The inspection is happening today and as long as everything goes well with that, we'll be moving ahead with the whole process! A lot is happening with us and we are so excited!

A funny story . . .
The other day, we were sitting around the table eating dinner. Caden had just finished watching "The Polar Express". He was SO in to that movie. He was sitting on the edge of the couch yelling at the tv during the train parts when the little boy is running on the top of the train. It was hilarious. My parents and my grandma were gone when this was happening, so I was telling them about how funny he was being. The whole time I was telling the story, Caden was looking at me with this look, like he couldn't believe that I was telling them this about him. So, I finished telling the story and Caden looks at me so serious and said, "Mom, I don't want to hear that." I just cracked up laughing. He's only 2 1/2! He says things sometimes that just crack me up!
This picture is of Caden having a peanut butter and banana smoothie that he LOVED. Nigel was at school when he had the smoothie and so he wanted to take a picture to show daddy his smoothie.

Happy Birthday, Erika!
Erika had her birthday fall on a very busy day for her, so we celebrated on Saturday morning with everyone able to be there! Nigel was home from school for the weekend, Hans came over, and my grandma was here to help celebrate!
This picture is priceless because for some reason, Jude cries a lot around my dad :)

Four generations of the ladies and our little boys.

Jude comes to play!
As you all probably know, Erika is back to working full-time now, so Kyle has Jude every Monday through Friday. However, Kyle is also working a lot from home, too, with the studio and now with a DJ company called Ultimate. So, he's very busy. And as we all know, babies don't exactly follow the schedules that we want them to! But, Caden and I love hanging out with Jude and Jude loves everything that Caden does. Every once in a while, Caden and I watch Jude so Kyle can get some work done. It's really fun watching these two together. This particular day that Jude came over, Caden and I had been playing outside and Caden took a pretty big fall, so he had to have some band-aids on and he kept wanting to tell Jude all about them.
Caden and Jude, hanging out together :)

Caden's first really big cut that actually needed a bandaid.
